Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze, in scientific literature, the interactions between teachers and students with special educational needs in basic education. To this end, a literature review was carried out based on the Prisma method. The search was carried out in the databases on the Capes Portal/Periodicals. For peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2023 in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English, after applying the inclusion descriptors resulted in 10 articles. The results indicated that the interaction between teachers and students with SEN can pose a risk to the development of students, as well as being a barrier to the implementation of inclusive education. The studies analyzed present contributions regarding interactions between teachers and students with SEN and propose strategies and interventions in the educational context.
