Abstract

Throughout its history, society has been marked by major transformations, which have occurred in different political, social and economic contexts. This article aims to understand the phenomenon called quiet quitting in the world of work. In this study, the phenomenon is understood as pain arising from professional activity, the research considered the post-Sars-CoV-2 pandemic period, to analyze the relationship or causal link between these events. The method developed in the research was a literature review from the methodological perspective of qualitative metasynthesis. For this development, national and international articles were used, published in recent years in different databases and journals on the topic. The considerations highlighted in the research indicate that this phenomenon is more present and possible to identify in the post-Sars-Cov-2 pandemic period. As a conclusion of the study, it was possible to understand this causal link and the factors that promoted the phenomenon in this context.
